The assessment does not ask you to create an account and does not send your answers to Alexander Marshi, ITR, an AI model, or a therapy record. If you save progress, the answers remain in this browser on this device until you clear them or clear the browser’s site data.
1. What the assessment stores
The assessment uses your browser’s local storage to save an unfinished draft and display your result. This may include optional partner first name, relationship-duration range, decision context, and numbered responses.
That information is stored locally under this website’s origin. It is not intentionally transmitted by the assessment code. Anyone with access to your device or browser profile may be able to see a saved draft, so use a private device if device access is a concern.
You can delete the saved assessment using Clear saved answers on the assessment landing page or by clearing this site’s browser data.
2. Hosting and technical data
The app does not intentionally create an advertising profile, use behavioral advertising, or install a clinical analytics tracker. Like most hosted websites, infrastructure providers may process standard technical data—such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security logs—to deliver and protect the service.
Do not treat this public educational website as a secure clinical record system.
3. Therapy inquiries and external services
When you choose the secure consultation link, you leave this website and enter the ClientSecure portal used by Integrated Therapy and Recovery Inc. Information entered there is handled under ITR’s clinical privacy practices and the portal provider’s applicable terms.
Email, voicemail, and text are offered for brief administrative contact. Even when business services are configured for HIPAA-capable use and covered by appropriate agreements, no communication channel can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not include diagnoses, trauma histories, safety plans, or other sensitive clinical details in an initial message.
4. HIPAA and the formal Notice of Privacy Practices
This page describes the educational website; it is not a substitute for ITR’s formal HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. If you become a client, you will receive the applicable notice and consent materials through the intake process.
The assessment itself does not create a therapist–client relationship, medical record, diagnosis, or treatment encounter.
5. Research and safety links
Links to PubMed, CDC, the National Domestic Violence Hotline, the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, and other public resources lead to third-party websites. Their privacy practices apply once you leave this site.
6. Children and shared devices
This reflection tool is written for adults considering an adult romantic relationship. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly request information from children. If another person monitors your device, consider using a safer device and private browsing practices.
